- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 tablespoons White Vinegar

Preparation
- Make the sauce by combining the garlic, spring onions, cumin, salt, vinegar and water and grinding into a paste.
- Thread the prawns onto skewers and brush with the sauce.
- Grill until they lose their translucent colour, about 3–4 minutes on each side.
