  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh finely chopped dill
  • 2-3 crushed garlic cloves
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons plain greek yoghurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • 3-4 radishes sliced
  • 1 bunch romaine lettuce torn or chopped
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl,whisk all dressing ingredients and set aside.
