Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stir well.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls on to lightly greased cookie sheet, about 2" apart.
  4. Bake for about 12 minutes, the cookies will be soft to the touch.
  5. Place on rack to cool.
